The SVS Open Structure Organisation (OSO™) is a new business model for the Web4AI™ era — where blockchain-verified distribution replaces centralised gatekeeping, and every active participant earns a direct share of the value they create.
Independent contractor programme. BCERT tokens are ecosystem utility assets. Not an investment offering.
The OSO™ is a DAiO™ — Decentralised AI-Driven Organisation — that replaces the traditional corporate sales hierarchy with a blockchain-tracked, AI-supported distribution model. Margins that once went to Big Tech centralisation are opened up and distributed to the people who actually create value.
The OSO has four defined participation levels, each with transparent qualification criteria. Every level earns direct commission — and unlocks progressively deeper network override rights across the distribution chain.
In a traditional platform, the margin above direct costs goes to the platform — not to the people who drove the sale. In the OSO model, that margin is returned to the distribution chain. 15% flows directly through OSO commission levels (Schedule A), and an additional 5% enters the Liquidity Incentive Pool (Schedule B) — making the total compensation available to qualifying OSO participants up to 20%. The BCBC tracks and settles every allocation transparently on-chain.
Schedule A distributes 15% across OSO commission levels. The remaining 5% — the margin that in a traditional platform would go to the platform itself — flows into the BCERT OSO Liquidity Pool (Schedule B). Ambassadors who hit the $30K rolling volume threshold participate in this Pool. As the BCERT ecosystem expands, Pool participants earn from trading activity and ecosystem growth in addition to their direct commission income. This is where the OSO model opens the full 20% back to the people who built it.
All compensation is tracked and settled via the BlockCertsAI Blockchain (BCBC). The OSO stage is determined by the depth and volume of your active distributor network. The originating Ambassador retains protected lead ownership at every stage.
Beyond direct commissions and network overrides, 5% of qualifying sales revenues flows into a shared Liquidity Incentive Pool — distributed to Ambassadors who have demonstrated sustained performance above the $30,000 rolling volume threshold. This is where the OSO model separates from conventional distribution: the most active builders share in the total ecosystem value they create.
In a traditional company, this margin goes to shareholders and executives. In the OSO model, it is returned to the people who built the distribution network. The Pool is governed on-chain — allocation is transparent, merit-based, and tied directly to verified sales volume, not seniority or internal politics.
Pool allocation is weighted by INK Points — the programme's points system that rewards not just sales volume but ecosystem contribution: ambassador recruitment, network duplication, BCERT token activity, and platform engagement. The more you build, the more you earn from the Pool.
Pool size adjusts upward as total ecosystem sales volume grows. As the OSO expands, the Pool grows with it — creating a compounding incentive for early, active builders.
INK is the OSO's internal settlement and incentive unit. Every qualifying action within the SVS ecosystem earns INK points — not just sales. Points determine your Liquidity Pool weighting, your BCERT conversion priority, and your standing within the OSO. This design rewards the whole business builder, not just the top salesperson.
Points are illustrative of the incentive structure. Specific values are set and adjusted under Schedule B governance. Tier multipliers apply to all points earned within the measurement period.
Three integrated calculators — direct sales, network builder, and BCERT value projection. The same models power the live Ambassador portal dashboard.
Token projections are illustrative scenarios only and do not constitute a guarantee of financial return. BCERT is an ecosystem utility asset. Conversion rates are subject to Schedule B governance.
Key programme terms, OSO qualification criteria, and operational details.
There are three calculators, each answering a different question about your OSO earnings.
Tab 1 — Direct Sales Earnings
This shows what you personally earn from your own sales plus any override income from your OSO network. Enter your expected monthly sales volume and select your current OSO stage (Affiliate or Ambassador Stage 1–4). Then, optionally enter the monthly sales volume of the Ambassadors in your network at each level. The calculator splits your total earnings into: (a) your direct commission on your own sales, and (b) override percentages on your network's sales. The bar chart shows how much each level contributes. The INK points estimate reflects the points you would earn that month, and the amber box appears if your total volume qualifies for Liquidity Pool participation ($30K minimum).
Tab 2 — Network Builder
This models what your OSO earnings look like as you build a team. Use the sliders to set how many Direct Ambassadors you've sponsored, how many have grown to Senior level, and how many have reached Executive level — plus the average monthly sales of each group. The calculator applies the correct override percentage for each level (3% on Direct, 2% on Senior, 1.5% on Executive) and shows your total projected income. The network diagram at the bottom visualises your OSO shape in real time. The INK points estimate and Pool eligibility flag update as your network grows.
Tab 3 — BCERT Token Value
This models what happens if you elect to take your INK earnings as BCERT tokens instead of fiat. Enter your expected monthly INK earnings, the current BCERT market price, your Ambassador discount rate (up to 20%), how many months you plan to accumulate, and an illustrative price appreciation scenario. The calculator shows: your effective buy price after the discount, how many tokens you receive per month, your total token stack over the period, your cost basis in fiat, what the stack is worth at the current price, and what it would be worth at your projected price. The three bars compare fiat-only settlement against BCERT at current and projected prices. Note: token projections are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of return.
All calculators initialise with example values so you can see the model in action immediately. Change any input and all outputs update instantly. The same calculation engine powers the live Ambassador portal dashboard.
Four steps to activate your Open Structure Organisation on the BlockCertsAI platform. Start as an Affiliate from $20 — or qualify as an Ambassador on day one.
Participation constitutes acceptance of the Sales & Participation Agreement and all Schedules (Schedule A: OSO Compensation Framework; Schedule B: BCERT Participation, INK Points System, and Liquidity Incentive Pool). This programme does not constitute an investment offering. BCERT tokens are ecosystem utility assets. All participants operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for applicable tax obligations and regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
